The Employee Resources Division (ERD) Recruitment Team has scheduled training for all personnel that are already on the Recruitment Team. Recruiters play a vital role in representing the department while informing motivated candidates about the many career opportunities with our department. Recruiters are expected to maintain strong relationships within the community and uphold a respected reputation within their command, fostering trust, accountability, and professionalism on all fronts. This mandatory annual training is to provide updates and expectations for current recruiters.
This training course is 3 hours and is for department members interested in becoming recruiters. There will be no overtime offered to take this course as being a recruiter is voluntary.
